Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully place the jewellery in its original L'ERA presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
